Taebaek Hanwoo
Taebaek Hanwoo is premium Korean beef which is grown in Mt. Taebaek. Mount Taebaek, also known as Mount Taebaeksan or Taebaeksan, is a South Korean mountain peak of Taebaek Mountains. It has an elevation of 1,566.7 m (5,140 ft). Because of the geographical factors, Taebaek Hanwoo cattle's genetic predisposition yields a beef that contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than typical beef. The increased marbling also increases the ratio of monounsaturated fats to saturated fats.
